Victor Marching Blue Devils

The Victor Marching Blue Devils is an extra-curricular marching band program that has been a long and upstanding tradition in the Victor Central School District, celebrating their 26th season of involvement in the New York State Field Band Conference.

The group’s storied and successful history includes winning 6 NYSFBC State Championships and in 2007, won their second consecutive NYSFBC Smal School Division 1 - State Championship.

The Marching Blue Devils continue to promote and exemplify the Pride, Tradition, and Excellence that is part of each of its members. These values have never come from placements or scores, but from the commitment and desire that is included in everything they do.

Victor Blue Devils Varsity Winterguard

The Victor Blue Devils Varsity Winterguard is an extra-curricular performance ensemble that provides a once in a lifetime experience by developing the combined skills of color guard, music, dance, and theater.

It uses the competitive indoor color guard arena to provide students of the Victor Central School District with an environment that will promote the pursuit of personal excellence in artistic expression, physical achievement, and sportsmanship.

The Blue Devils Winterguard competes in the Northeast Color Guard Circuit and is the 2006-2007 SA-1 Class Champions, as well as the receipient of the 2006 Northeast Circuit Sportsmanship Award.

The Blue Devils Varsity Winterguard has been promoted to the Northeast Circuit's Scholastic A class for 2008 and was the Bronze Medalist at the Circuit Championships and recipients of the prestegious George Cowburn "Esprit de Corps" Award.

Victor Blue Devils Percussion Ensemble

The Victor Blue Devils Percussion Ensemble is starting its third year as an extra-curricular marching ensemble that provides extensive percussion studies to students of the Victor Central School District.

It uses the competitive indoor percussion arena as a vehicle to create promote the pursuit of personal excellence in artistic expression, physical achievement, and sportsmanship.

The Percussion Ensemble was promoted to the PSA-1 class in their second year as members of the New York State Percussion Ciruit and is the 2007 PSA-1 Class Silver Medalists. In 2008, the Percussion Ensemble was the PSA-1 Class Champions.

Victor Lil' Devils Cadet Guard

The Victor Lil' Devils Cadet Guard provides Intermediate School students at the Victor Central School District with an opportunity to explore and enjoy the benefits of the indoor color guard activity while providing them with a head start training program for future involvement in the high school Marching Band and Winterguard activities.

The Cadet Guard offers students with an artistic performance outlet that has not been available to them before, combining color guard, music, dance, and theater into one activity.

The Lil' Devils Cadet Guard is a member of the Northeast Color Guard Circuit and were the 2007 Northeast Cadet Guard Silver Medalists at last year's championships. In 2008, the Lil' Devils were Bronze Medalists at the NECGC Circuit Championships.
