About UsThe Victor Blue Devils Percussion Ensemble is starting its fourth year as an extra-curricular marching ensemble that provides extensive percussion studies to students of the Victor Central School District. It uses the competitive indoor percussion arena as a vehicle to create/promote the pursuit of personal excellence in artistic expression, physical achievement, and sportsmanship. The Percussion Ensemble was promoted to the PSA-1 class in their second year as members of the New York State Percussion Ciruit and is the 2007 PSA-1 Class Silver Medalists and 2008 PSA-1 Gold Medalists.
